We know this was NOT an easy job, but you never EVER let on that it wasn't just another day on the job, and we mean EVER! Your professionalism was the absolute best I have ever witnessed. Never once did we hear a swear word uttered, even when you were on your hands and knees in the mud, crawling on the rocks and stinging nettle. And the way you addressed us, "Yes ma'am...Excuse me sir," was truly appreciated.

Our project spanned several months time while we prepared our building site in the mountains and then waited for snow to melt so that our home could be delivered. During all of those months we visited and revisited the lot model of our home. Each time that we arrived the staff was happy to see us and helpful with our questions and concerns. We also visited the factory and watched the manufacturing process from beginning to completion. Once our home arrived on our mountain property the care and service provided through Emerald amazed us even more. Every member of the team arrived promptly to do their part to finish our home and they performed their tasks in a professional manner. They were responsive to our questions and they went out of their way to make sure that our home was perfect, right down to the last detail. We wish to both thank and recommend the entire team at Emerald to anyone that is considering purchasing a home. Jeff was our sales person and is clearly the reason why our home was delivered with every change that we requested. However, the entire staff at Emerald contributed to our overwhelming satisfaction with our new home. Our new Skyline home is the magnet that we could have only hoped for. Besides friends and family as regular guests, often strangers stop by because they are interested in seeing and talking about our home.

This whole thing from the time we decided to buy a manufactured home, worked the deal out with you folks, set up the delivery date, had it delivered, set up , tape and texture work done, and the final walk thru has been nothing short of a true pleasure.

As you know, people can be very skeptical after hearing horror stories of fall thru promises from other places. When your people told us that they could get the job done or would at least do their best to do it, we wondered if they would. When we told them that we wanted to get married in our "new home" on Christmas Eve, they stepped up the process. Thanks to you and your people, we were able to move in 3 days prior to the time we had requested and had the most wonderful and memorable wedding we could ask for.

You and your people are courteous, considerate, caring, and go beyond the call.
